Date With Mindfulness:
Time: 5 to 15 minutes
You will need: A cup of your favorite drink, a place to sit comfortably, a notebook or a laptop to use as journal, soothing music (this last one is optional).
For 5 to 15 minutes you will build a sensory relationship with your drink.
