How’s your ptogress? What changes have you noticed?
Tomorrow is day 10 and on day 10 we will be looking into measuring your changes. When you declutter you move energy, give and make space for growth and energy to flow.
This lent is A LOT about declutter and removing toxins from your life starting with your food and your sedentary lifestyle. I know I promised exercise. for today .. but cleansing has become more important. as it is key to make time for the rest.
Step 1 – Throw or give away eveything material or emotional that is not useful, beautiful or loved.
Step 2 – Forgive yourself – stop being overdemanding, holding regrets and rejecting yourself.
Step 3 – Do the important things first. To pick which to do, use the 3 questions from Day 8.
