How’s the fasting going? Do not continue with the cleansing, but if you’re feeling brave, and/or want to boost your manifesting power, continue fasting for a couple more days.
Do you have your resolutions with you? If not, run and bring them now!
Today is Goal Setting 101. So 2018 is THE year you make your dreams come true!
- Read your resolutions and group them in different categories. For example it is likely that you should have resolutions like losing weight or exercising more often. Go under Diet and Fitness. Try these on my favorite tool.. Wheel of Life– we’ll be working with it further in this challenge
- Now pick the 3 Categories in which you are lacking or lagging behind on, the most. pick ONE activity to focus on for each of those three Categories.
- Define an INSPIRING, REACHABLE goal for each of those three. Here’s how..
An Inspiring Goal has a catchy phrase to it, a purpose that pulls you to it. Bear in mind that a purpose is larger than the goal itself. Go ahead, define yourself as your own superheroe. Eg. Scorching Hot Supermodel Bod
Now a Reachable goal is a completely different thing, Perhaps you would like to lose 20 pounds in one month. Eeeeeh. Try again. Goals have to be reachable so you keep true to them and not get discouraged at the count of three. So here’s the trick to make a goal reachable.. make it S.M.A.R.T.
Yup, smart. – Simple, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time Constrained. An example of a SMART goal would be: Do a cleansing and a protein fast the first weekend of the month for the rest of the year.
To measure goals like the one above – not in kilos, litres, pounds or gallons… check how many first weekends of the months of the year you kept true to your promise on a calendar, that’s the best way to measure with no stress.
