If you have ever fell off the wagon when dieting or succeeded to then pack-up all the weight again, there are three things you need to know:

There are underlying conditions in your lack of motivation and falling off the wagon, and all of them have to do with the emotions you attatch to them. I have been witness of weight loss problems in which people attach themselves to food and “let their body take the shape it will” or that argue that sacrificying some foods will make them ill.
The answer is regullarly attached to emotions. In my years as a psychoterapist and life-coach and in my 25 years of trying different diets and exercise programs, I have noticed that people attach to toxic patterns or behaviors (such as over-eating or packing up on sugar or any addictive substances) because of not being able to cope with painful memories, relationships or both. This article is titled scraping at the core, because weight problems typically aim at our primary wounds (abandonment, rejection, humilliation, betrayal and/or injustice) which were triggered by one or several painful events in our early childhood that were typicially unitentionally triggered by a parental figure, and were easily comforted by food.
The over-eating or packing-up on comfort foods remains as a pattern in teenagehood and adulthood and is also triggered by the presence or threat of said primary wound coming back into play.
