Our fitness plan is based on three things:
- A diet, designed under a ketogenic protocol, focused on the consumption of alkaline foods and based on ayurvedic tools (such as warm drinks and spices) to help boost your metabolism. This impllies a low-carb diet, our approach is a balanced diet free from simple carbs and packaged and pre-processed foods.
- Movement. Yes, movement. Our plan does include key crossfit training exercises to trim your body and make you feel and get stronger. However, in this point I would like to stress movement. If you don’t have time to exercise walk, as much as you can, as often as you can, get a standing desk or a walking desk if necessary. Dance, play, laugh… include movement during your day.
- A coaching program and or/support group. Our proposal involves chaning your lifestyle to help you get the body and the life you have always dreamed of. One positive change is a magnet to more positive changes. And we want to support you on making this happen, every step of the way. Our coaching program is designed to keep you motivated, to help you accomplish your fitness and life goals, and to help you get addicted to new, healthier behaviours and build new patterns by stacking habits and addressing and healing the emotional need that got you into intoxyfying behaviors in the first place.
