Stepping forward to Master your Body!

These are the coaching options we have for now. We will be launching webinar sessions for the program. Be sure not to miss our launch!

Our fitness plan is based on three things:

  1. A diet, designed under a ketogenic protocol, focused on the consumption of alkaline foods and based on ayurvedic tools (such as warm drinks and spices) to help boost your metabolism. This impllies a low-carb diet, our approach is a balanced diet free from simple carbs and packaged and pre-processed foods.
  2. Movement. Yes, movement. Our plan does include key crossfit training exercises to trim your body and make you feel and get stronger. However, in this point I would like to stress movement. If you don’t have time to exercise walk, as much as you can, as often as you can, get a standing desk or a walking desk if necessary. Dance, play, laugh… include movement during your day.
  3. A coaching program and or/support group. Our proposal involves chaning your lifestyle to help you get the body and the life you have always dreamed of. One positive change is a magnet to more positive changes. And we want to support you on making this happen, every step of the way. Our coaching program is designed to keep you motivated, to help you accomplish your fitness and life goals, and to help you get addicted to new, healthier behaviours and build new patterns by stacking habits and addressing and healing the emotional need that got you into intoxyfying behaviors in the first place.
The coaching sessions on weight loss for personal growth are $100 USD per session, and they are programmed on a weekly basis. Ahd they include the diet, the fitness program and support and coaching on how to keep motivated and on reaching life goals. These sessions will also aim at eliminating toxic patterns and emotions to make it easier for her to keep true to the program.  Each session is 45 mins long. We recommend the whole family or couple get into the program.
If you prefer to take only the fitness and diet sessions, These are $75 USD per session and will only be focused on keeping track of fitness goals and measures. Each session is 30 mins long and they include food lists, menus and coaching regarding the program exclusively.

==>> Twelve AKA Sessions – ~$899 USD – 20% discount.
You can change modality at any time. Please be sure to send us an e-mail after you hire, describing the program you picked and the number of sessions so we can program them. Any information you share during the program is strictly confidential and will be regarded as so. Please specify if you have any known medical condition and if you have Type One or Type Two Diabetes we need MD supervision as well (from your Doctor).
