Today is the first Sunday of the month. So Today, is Liquid Fasting Sunday! What this means, is I will have all nutrients from shakes, water and liquids such as fruit juice, protein drinks, soups and broths.
I’ll leave a video with the benefits of fasting. We do it once per month, but you can do it as often as once per week. We recommend to do so, for no longer of two days.
